Diabetes Education Empowerment Program
Sep 4th - Oct2nd 2012
The Elkhart County Health Department is offering diabetes education classes free to the public. They will be held Tuesdays from 4pm-6pm starting September 4 and run through October 2. Each class session will cover a different aspect of diabetes health. Physical activity will be included in each session so participants should dress comfortably. Please call 574-523-2116 to register. Attendance at all 5 sessions is recommended.
