The Stanley Clark School will recognize Veterans Day by hosting a reception honoring military veterans of the United States Armed Forces on Tuesday, November 11, at 10:00 AM. The event will include singing "Battle Hymn of the Republic", the "National Anthem", and the playing of “Taps” at the flagpole and conclude with a meet and greet and refreshments. This timeless tale, specially adapted for young performers, will feature 40+ talented students from across Michiana as they reimagine one of the most cherished stories of all time. In this enchanting production, audiences will journey alongside Dorothy and her dog Toto as they are whisked away to the Land of Oz. Along the way, they’ll meet the Scarecrow, Tin Man, and Cowardly Lion, confront the Wicked Witch, and seek the wisdom of the Wizard himself.
