The reports happened even as Notre Dame is launching a new sexual assault education program, called Green Dot. In addition to one Indiana lawmaker's effort to change the way Notre Dame's police handle sex crimes. Noelle Langmack is a senior at Notre Dame, a school she says she chose because of the people in it.
