EnviroFest Booth Application Deadline
Calling all businesses, organizations, and artists committed to sustainability, the environment, and the community in Michiana: Join us for our 24th annual EnviroFest event! Apply to have a booth at our regional environmental festival–-last year we had over 2,000 people attend!
The Elkhart Environmental Center (EEC) is accepting exhibitor and vendor booth applications. You can download your application at www.elkhartindiana.org/EnviroFest or pick up a hard copy from the EEC. The deadline to submit applications is Friday, July 5th!
If you offer products, services, or information related to sustainability, the environment, and the local community, we encourage you to apply! Booths promoting environmental and community-based organizations, sustainability initiatives, environmental education, energy efficiency, alternative energy, waste reduction and recycling, water conservation, organic or locally produced foods, environmentally-friendly products and services, and recycled or re-purposed art are a great fit!
If you are interested in sponsoring the event, we have different sponsorship level packages available. You can find more information at www.elkhartindiana.org/EnviroFest, or email EECmail@coei.org. We are also accepting donations to our Raffle/Silent Auction—one of our most popular attractions at the event! Join other Michiana businesses and organizations who donate a variety of products, services, gift cards, and more to help us raise funds to support the event. Interested in a high-visibility promotional opportunity and want to give back to the community? Donating to EnviroFest is a great way to do it!
EnviroFest will be on August 3rd from 12:00 – 6:00 PM at Central Park in downtown Elkhart. The event includes live music, family-friendly entertainment, kid’s activities, local food and more! For more information, contact Annie Klehfoth at (574) 293-5070 or send an email to Annie.Klehfoth@coei.org.
Applications can be picked up at the Elkhart Environmental Center (located at 1717 E Lusher Ave in Elkhart), or downloaded online at www.elkhartindiana.org/EnviroFest. The EEC is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
